Global Medical Read: A Simple Business Model

GMRE is a global medical read. They buy buildings, hospitals and medical facilities and rent them out to medical people. I think they are going to do pretty well over the next three to four years. Their dividend is pretty, pretty safe. And it's progressively growing all the time as well. So I did dabble. I bought a small few shares in them. Also have started trading 2.1.2.
