This week we're heading to france, a country that loves blue jeans and rock and roll. Despite their more solid welfare state the french seem intent on shiltily adapting the american culture wars. So called sovereign citizens believe they are not subject to certain government laws or even all of them. We'll be exploring some of the influences at the centre of the movement with the help of our guest and guest writer, anthony monsieu from society magazine in Paris.
