The Benefits of Eating Fruits and Vegetables
The more fruits and vegetables someone ate, the less likely they were to experience mental health challenges such as depression or anxiety. The foods we eat are profoundly linked to our happiness levels. Sugar is a depressant with almost exactly the same molecular composition as alcohol. You get sugar and alcohol out of your life, your mood lifts. And this, of course, creates a positive feedback loop. When you've experienced what true food freedom really feels like, it spoils you for living any other way. Nothing else remotely compares to that feeling. And you can have it. It is available here.
