Does Psychotherapy Work?
As a psychology student, i worry that people may start seeing psychodelics as a short cut for mental health. So here's a challenge, and is, does psychotherapy? This is just to you personal, these are questions. Genuinely have clear positive data. And is that data above placebo? Is psychotherapy better than that same amount effort and money going toward something else? I say this to someone who has talked to a bunch of therapists. My impression is that cogniof behavior therapy has done very well against blacibo,. But regular talk therapy, i don't think, has shown necessarily, like wildly impressive results.
