The Importance of Courage in Multidisciplinary Science
CNN's John Sutter talks with artificial intelligence expert David Wheeler about growing up rambunctious and becoming a multidisciplinary scientist. Wheeler: "It takes a bit of courage to go into an interdisciplinary area" He says keeping up on literature can become a compulsion, like reading the same book over and over again. 'I don't know if it's harder, but maybe it takes a bit more courage,' Wheeler says.
