Land Trust Conservation Easement - What's the Difference?
The land trust can create charitable non profits that may not be true blue no. That's a shrewd trick, youca, the golf course or a ski hill or something, being like, we're going to develop the pists out of it and say that they'll never be used for anything but skiing,. And so they can create a fake nom profit, so to speak, to act as that conservation esmen holder ans. But when you go and ask the actual groups that are doing, like, legitimate land trust work, they can only show a billion box specifically.
