Rosa and Amy's Wavy Hair on the Network Table
Melissa and Stephanie were so concerned about there being two Latinas cast that the mistake must have been made, they consulted with one another. The reason to this day that Rosa has wavy hair on the show and Amy has straight hair is because that's what we did for like the very first network table read. But when you think about the rest of television, 90% of men on television have the same color hair. They're all white dudes with like medium brown hair.
