For me, it comes down to impact and then a little more nuance there. Impact done the right way. Engagemnt being a function of how motivated they are do thing,. Is there a high degree of autonomy and respect? A team that has large per view, a lot of autonomy, takes the sort of customer need. And conversely, the customer paying very seriously, and then drives toward impact. That is sort of it. I don't believe hi performing or igh productive teams like it's not sort of a line of code matric.
