The Stout in Barrel Age in Beers

I can kind of like, I just kind of see like this is your barrel program where it's like, we're not just putting one, you know, 30 barrel batch into barrels and letting it sit for two years. That's the first time I've ever heard of anything like that. It's also drier than some of these really hyped imperial stout. So I'm curious about your F G targets. Do you want to guess what the F G is on this beer specifically? I would love to guessing. Yeah. Give it a give it a sip and then I got a hydrometer next me, but I'm going to guess 10 30.That's 7.5
