The Importance of Second Level Management in the Acquisition Process

I was very clear day one, although I need to be in business, but I don't need to work today on business operations. So therefore, it was kind of very, very key that second level management is in place. What I bring to the table is essentially a technology aspect of a digital water. We can kind of enhance do much better. A second is on the financial front. Some of those are kind of part of the deal itself. And some of the levers that we need to do is basically just basics, right? It's like your sales outstanding, tables outstanding and how do you kind of impact those numbers.
