The January 6th Indictment of Donald Trump
Donald Trump was indicted by a federal grand jury in New York on Tuesday. The president-elect is accused of trying to influence the outcome of last year's presidential election through fraud, obstruction of justice and civil rights violations. CNN's John Defterios says he has at least two major ongoing legal cases against him that should be delayed until after next month's elections.
