We focus on practising skills the highest level possible. And then we look it getting stronger with those scales by pushing ourselves, but at a lower level. We like to say time under attention compared to time under tension. When you're performing these movements, when you're pushing yourself, you're still focusing on high quality form. But you're doing it for time. It might be a circuit where you're doing forty five seconds with one movement. You move on to the next movement. At any time that form starts to break down, then you'll move down a progression regression of that movement. Then you think about what is the main thing i need to focus on for my next session?
