Working Round Obstacles Versus Capitalizing on Local Resources?

Wel: We use prototypes as a tool for research to and so they're certainly bringing prototypes into those first research conversations. And we do really use a lot of tools around systems mapping and systems thinking in order to sort of build the our understanding of what that context is and who those players are. So, i mean, that's really what we work to understand so early on, so that we're designing for whoever it is that's ultimately going to be delivering or scaling up the solution.
