The Circle of Developers

The most important thing i do at the start of an interview is to sell the job. You need to be really clear what it is, as a team, that you're looking for from a roll. It's amazing how often it's skipped as a step o ill come in. We need to get three more developers? Why do we need to get 3 more developers? What exactly is it they are going to do? And why would they enjoy doing it? I think that one can be harder to to give to people, but again, small steps of increasing the level of responsibility.
