The Importance of Understanding Metabolic Compromise

There are these things called metabolic disorders. They include things like obesity and diabetes and cardiovascular disease. An essentially metabolic compromise means mitochondria are not functioning ideally or optimally. And if they aren't functioning optimally, that is the definition of metabolic compromise. That can result in cells malfunctioning, which can result in symptoms of mental illness.
