Is Continuous Ketosis the Real Next Move?

The way that you eat on a normal basis is not one where you're recommending necessarily for like people to tell you. I don't do it continuous ketosis, but I did use it as a tool to get metabolically flexible. But there are some downsides to continuous ketosis. Like if you stay in low carb for too long, then anytime you eat carbs, you're going to get a blood sugar spike.
