Housing abundance is what we alway call missing middle housing. It's like a lot of people, when they hear density, think you're going to come in and plunk in a tower right in the middle of your single family neighbourhood. So i'm having success convincing people that actually allowing private development is not the end of the world, and it actually helps middle class and poor people.
