Sora, i really like to pivot and then talk a little bit more about stort of what your experience was learning the model. Because in the end, i think hopefully majority of people that that are going to listen to ar pod cas going to be educators who want to get a field forth transition. So do you mind if i kind of run through some questions wi you and have you share a litle bit more about how you kind of made the shift absolutely from traditional to modern.
