Maya Says There's Something That Could Go Wrong in Future Years

The president offers his or her budget proposal early in the year, then congress takes up either that or starts fresh and passes budget resolutions. The chairman of both budget committees never even bothered to develop real budgets this year,. They haven't even come out with the blue print for how we're spending money. And so what they did do instead was kind of did an en run around the process and just said, we're going to use this reconciliation tool. This is going to allow us to borrow a lot of money. I hope, pray that they will. But to day, i am still just a bill.
