The Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy

The original hypothesis doesn't have a mathematical model that really specifies the shape of this curve. So it's still hypothetical, I guess. Which means that, so if you look at Maury's graph, he just basically made a line. It wasn't based on any studies he'd done. The whole thing was really an essay more than anything else. But people are taking it seriously and we'll talk about some of this research right after this chuck.
