Why Startups Exist

Companies that do best aren't the people who are the most experienced, necessarily. What can be most important is people just getting out there and being motivated to break through walls. If motivation was valued over equivalent to experience, then people would be rewarded justly inside of big companies. But they're not, right? Big companies tend to promote theer. That's why startups exist.
