The Importance of Budgeting in Photo Shoots

I know that we come across as being expensive, but there is a reason for it. There's a lot of moving cogs in photo shoots and video shoots. And actually, it's important that everyone gets paid their rate. You can't ask everyone to come in on mates rates. The phone will stop being answered pretty quickly if you start doing that. I tend to offer quite a generous licensing thing, but I don't do buy out.
