Writer's Block - The Lex Bratcher Method
I feel like when I write for longer periods of times, I burn myself out to the point with tomorrow. And then it gets into like a negative headspace and then you're like, I don't think I'll be able to top that anymore. The breaks are super important because it keeps you in the moment in this like, or it keeps you present, I would say. So if you, to any artist out there, try the Lex Bratcher method and set a timer for an hour, give yourself grace, give yourself a break and then try again.
