The Budget Gaps in the Transit Agency
I haven't seen any real demonstrations if we found a way to do this thing cheaper, whether that's on the capital side or the operating side. They still have two people driving the trains in New York City subway, which is extremely unusual globally. A lot of their costs are fixed. Like the cost of maintaining the subway system just is what is as big as it is. And you can imagine kind of these competitive pressures creating really, really big difficulties in particularly in like the Chicago region or San Francisco.
