Buying a Sight for Money or Investing in Writers?

I want to talk about, you know, coming to the the last month of owning the sight. Be able to take that big cash hit and now invest in writers. And i not have to maybe do the same type of grind. I think it's two differnt approaches of, again, flippin sits for a living, or have ote friends that want to build and grow the revenue.
