Social Media Companies Should Be Trapped Like Publishers, Right?

I believe that social media companies, for instance, are publishers and should be treated like publishers. And this is about time we do that. I think if you've got something to do with a subculture that's to do with just expression of it without judgment, I think arguably it falls on the wrong side of these kind of rules. It's going to criminalise cyberflushing, which is sending explicit pictures to strangers. This is all actually quite fair in office, isn't it?
