How a Rookie Quarterback Affects Fantasy Production
Mike Downey: We need to think about what a rookie quarterback does to the rest of the team. He looked at every quarterback that was either drafted in the first round or appeared in six plus games since 2004. There were only six rookie quarterbacks that supported a top 12 PPR wide receiver. A rookie quarterback failed to produce even a top 36 wide receiver, he said.Downey: With a rookie quarterback there or not, I think we'd be betting against these passing games already.
