The Cross Room Challenge - How Did You Get There?

The classroom is notoriously difficult to image because it's deep down in the brain, the closed room. Adam Cevallos: I was given this wonderfully zany project by Rafa when I started in his lab as a technician to record from somatostatin interneurons. He had actually filled some neurons that looked eerily similar and they were nearby to each other with almost exactly the same morphology. And so he patched a ton of cells trying to find two that were exactly the same. Some carbon copy cells. It just so happened randomly that near to the classroom, there was a ball of really brightly labeled cells for some strange reason.
