How to Write a Letter to Your Future Self

Let's take a more audacious goal that somebody has right? There's a lot of people here who want to lose weight. Let's say they wanted to take advantage of this idea of the letter. Would that be something that they just do in the beginning? Do they revisit it? Do they reread those letters over a period of time? What are the best practical aspects of that that you might want to share with the audience? Yeah, it's a really good question So some of this I will freely admit like we we don't know yet And I think I just need to sort of caveat that because I think there's a lots of room for experimentation here.
