What's Going on With These Referendums?
Sion: Referenda were supposed to take place in advance or when the carkif offensive took place. That sort of got pushed off the agenda by the ucranian counter offensive. If they conduct these referendums, they annex the territories, there's nothing left for them to talk about. And thon would be stuck between retrenchment or mobilization.
