The Difference Between Medicalization and Miscarriage
I was just curious, in your reading of those stories, is it more often a kind of medicalized experience? I mean, I'm sure there's a huge amount of variation, but I'd be really interested to hear about that difference between it being experienced within and outside of a medical context. And I suppose, yeah, could you talk a little bit about that, actually? Yes, I think the question of medicalization is really interesting in relation to miscarriage,. because the attitudes of medical professionals and practitioners hugely shapes the experience of miscarriage.
