The Integration of Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace

Even for us academics in the area, we get caught up in the jargon. So imagine, you know, out at the coal face, where someone's trying to do their job,. i run the business, and they want to learn the annuances of our jargon? I don't think so, nor should they be asked to. It's our job to translate it for them to terms that are useful and understandable to them and actionable by them. Ah, and so it's quite a complex area.
