How Cross Training Can Help You Perform Well on the Trails
I think there are always things that you can take away from across training activity that will translate eventually to how you are performing well running on the trails. You know, over special, like specialization is important, and at a high level is, of course, necessary. And the top athletes are still maintaining some different stimuli, especially in some parts of their season that are non-running specific,. That is probably really good for what makes them excel at what they're doing sometimes.
