The Importance of a Systematic Thinking Process
I think you can really see how somebody thinks about a problem. For example, interviews where I've had to ask like, why is this an actual problem that needs to be solved? It's pretty impressive because you can tell that they're a systematic thinker. Is there a faster way to onboard people? Basically is the question. We have thousands of designers across the world that are already hired today in the current format. How do you get them indoctrinated into the system? You need empathy and making sure that one cause doesn't cause another.
