We could eat meat free of cruelty and with a lot less ranching effort. We'll be able to do this at a price that competes with traditional meat. Once we can grow burgers from single cells we can enjoy barbecues with lion burgers or tiger burgers, elephant burgers or whatever because we're just reproducing cells.
