Is This a Sign of Overtraining?

Runners tend to have slightly higher blood glucose numbers compared to the general population. High or low glucose numbers could be a sign of overtraining. If you are seeing a lot of those little spikes and it's a couple of days before a race, you've been thinking about it a lot. And then if they become much more elevated than they usually are, that might be a cause for concern.
