The Stranglehold of Amazon and Microsoft in the Cloud Industry

It's interesting that off-com have got involved. I don't see it's even within their remit. But if it is the case that Amazon and Microsoft have this stranglehold in the market, then that could have bigger problems further down the road. It does seem like an awful long time for one or two companies, just to keep a stranglehold. You would have expected some kind of upstart to have come along by this point. Or am I being an awesome start Lee?
