These companies are less bureaucratic and it is also true that their stock price has gone up a lot faster than these vector companies. The thing that really concerns me that many of these up and coming Silicon Valley tech companies will have a really hard time to lower their compensation because if I were at Mark Zuckerberg or Sundar Pichai, I would actually maintain this high cost," he said.
