The Importance of Learning

The more that you learn about something, the more that you understand how much there is to know about that topic. People who are actually experts tend to under report their expertise and people who are not experts tend to over report their expertise in a certain area. So I think what I had to arrive at was that there are valuable lessons in pretty much all of them, but not all of each individual book is a worthwhile lesson. It's wonderful to be a part of a team that embraces a spirit of learning because I think ego in Hollywood is very pernicious and dominant and crippling.
