The Tower of Silence
The sun drives up the bones until they start to crumble after the flesh is eaten off. The bones will then become dust inside of a well and inside the middle of the tower. In Northwestern Philippines, blindfolding was the thing. Women members cut off the top of their fingers after attending a funeral. A way to drive away the spirit. It's also a form of healing.
