Non-Surgical Methods to Treat Shoulder, Elbow, and Knee Injuries

In the past couple decades, there have been numerous advancements in how to treat patients with shoulder, elbow, and knee injuries via non-surgical means. The scope of these non-s surgical methods range from biochemical to pharmacological to diet to rehabilitation. Using bone marrow, using fat as a source of components that produce growth factors that inhibit inflammation could be particularly effective. These things can be done to reduce symptoms and make people feel better so they can be more active.
