The Late Bronze Age and Climate Change

It appears that the former empires did not re-emerge as one might expect. So I am now under pressure to offer you an explanation as to what I believe happened during this period. Why did the Late Bronze Age collapse happen? Well I will stress that my opinion is one based only on my own personal studies conducted in the large part in the comfort of my own home mainly with books and internet articles at my disposal. In this summary there may be things that I should have considered more seriously but I do have a feeling about what I think may have happened and I often try to go for the most likely event as opposed to letting my imagination take over.
