Happiness is like emotional success and that each person is responsible for their own emotional success so you have to become happy. It's a bit like sort of the American dream idea that to become rich is to be successful and everyone can succeed financially in America right? So I kind of put a bunch of these thoughts together and associate them with the kind of platitudes that we tend to exchange when we're talking about what a good life is.
