New NCAA rules allow college athletes to make money off their name, image, and likeness. Many of the deals are one-off agreements without help from expensive lawyers or agents. Savannah Shane Hare is a former gymnast at the University of Florida who was nearly scammed doing what she thought was an NIL deal.
