In the last ten years or so, we've seen this kind of a work family reconciliation. The idea that people shouldn't be overburdened in the private domain. And you've seen a gos of leave from employment, for example, for family related purposes. So the're a step, i think, in that direction of a kind of recognizing that equality doesn't stop a in the public domain. You also need to intervene in the private domains, am and that's one first step in that.
