How to Toast a Slice of Bread
With toast, what you're really looking at is a canvas that is economical in time, in money, and in creativity too. So i like to cut a reasonably thick slice, maybe the width of my pinky finger, or maybe two fingers, if it's really nice bread. You could do a sort of open face grilld cheese, actually,. But after that second side was hot, right? You could flip it again. It's got the top of the bread hot still.
