I'm just wondering what way would you chat through this with maybe other colleagues in academia or if you were giving some general advice to some dieticians privately. How would you even approach that question? Yeah, no, I believe that usually that if you look at, you know, fruit fiber is all soluble, it's not at all, it's mostly insoluble. Same thing with vegetable fiber is most insoluble. And so given that we're probably in a place where we don't have very strong evidence to make those recommendations on different subtypes in a very specific way,.
