The Importance of Taking Responsibility for Failure

The 49ers don't strike me as the sort who will throw grenades all over the place. And I guess they don't have to worry about upsetting Rajrazzani going forward when they're 100% owners. He's always been very guarded and given huge amounts of detail or talking out a ton. It's all very vanilla, isn't it? Well, he's best can tell he doesn't have a Twitter account.
