"I love the concept of time blocking, it's nice to see somebody else who seems to get a whole lot done but doesn't necessarily use that method to the letter," she says. "A meeting that you're unprepared for is often a waste of everybody's time so I just love that she really thinks ahead of time about her meetings and what she might like to discuss or what the action items might be in any given meeting."
