i feel like so often people are coming out of educational institutions without the skills, but they also have this very clear idea that they're going to do something. We need to shift culturally to the expectation that we will continually learn,. continuing medical and legal education credits that certain professor professions have take. You might go back for some intensive, six months re training, up scoing shift in your career, but the expectation should be its normal to go back in your thirties and forty, sand maybe fifties. That means we have to adjust our expectations on what your career will look like.
